Ban Zen Motors Sdn.Bhd. / BZ Motors” owns the largest motor bike shop called MOTORCITY in the state of Melaka. It is easily recognizable by it’s striking yellow coloured 4-storey building emblazoned with it’s trade mark logo BZ. Ban Zen Motors Sdn.Bhd. is a one stop centre for all types of brands, new and used bikes, spare parts, accessories, repairs, insurance etc.

Ban Zen Motors Sdn. Bhd. /BZ Motors was originally known as Ban Seng Motor Company which was founded in 1984. It started as a small shop at the corner of the famous Durian Daun traffic light junction. Today it owns 9 branches and currently has 70 employees.


Backed by more than 36 years of selling, servicing and repairing motorbikes, Ban Zen Motors Sdn. Bhd./ BZ Motors  has created lots of outstanding achievements.

The Company is the first motorbike leader in Melaka to be certified ISO 9001 : 2015 for it’s standard quality management system.

The Company was awarded for holding the first ever ” LARGEST BIG BIKE GATHERING” by Malaysia Book Of Records in year 2005. Subsequently, the Company is registered under ” Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia”

The Company was awarded by Honda for BEST Selling Dealers in Malacca and Northwest Johore from the years 1990 to 1997, awarded by Yamaha for being TOP 50 Dealer from 1998 to 2004 and awarded by Suzuki for being TOP Regional Best Selling Dealers in 1994.

Recently, in year 2009, Kawasaki gave Ban Zen Motors Sdn.Bhd. / BZ Motors permission to set up a Kawasaki GT World (CBU) next to MotorCity. There are existing only four such Kawasaki shop outlets throughout Malaysia.


Our company has the experience of supplying motorcycle repair equipment for government departments such as Polis Diraja Malaysia, Jabatan Bomba Dan Penyelamat Negeri Melaka, Jabatan Penjara Dusun Dato’ Murad, Majlis Perbandaran Jasin and Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia Melaka and others Badan Berkanun .

Company’s Quality Objective

BanZen Motors Sdn Bhd’s/ BZ Motors  main objective is to consistently meet its customers’ requirements and expectations. Secondly, to review the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure continuous compliance to ISO 9001 : 2015  standard. Thirdly, to improve its staff development and training.

Company Organisation

The Company’s Board of Directors as the top Management oversees eight departments (Sales & Marketing, Operations, Workshop, Accounts, HR, Credit Control, Cashier, Counter Customer Service ) ensuring its operation is constantly within defined guide line and adhere to specific authority delegated by the Board.

Sales & Marketing

It’s sales team is well trained and knowledgeable to assist customers in making the best choice, at the same time provide valuable information and give guidance. Whether one is just looking around or seeking advice, the sales personal shall always be of service to ensure customers walk away happy for making a good buy. At times test riding campaign is organized.

Mechanics & Servicing

At every branch, at least one mechanic is always on standby to provide repair and servicing. Senior mechanics are sent to the supplier workshops ( Suzuki, Honda, etc) annually for training and get up-to -date briefings on handling and servicing latest motor bike models. Altogether there are 15 mechanics / foreman employed.

Finally, it is the Company’s dedication to strengthen it’s stronghold in the state of Melaka by taking the lead to set up its own web page, www.bzmotors.com.my. With this first, it will soon launch e-commerce to capture the upcoming younger generation market.
